Chicken.
  Parmesan Crusted Chicken $10.95
This juicy and tender chicken breast is coated in ciabatta breadcrumbs, which are flavored with grated parmesan cheese and fresh Italian seasonings. We slice it for your convenience and serve it atop a light creamy basil sauce. This dish comes with our vegetable blend and a side of oven roasted red skin and Yukon gold potatoes.
   
Chicken Cordon Bleu $10.95
Cordon Bleu with a little twist. A tender chicken breast is stuffed with roasted ham, Swiss cheese, and a light panko bread crumb. It is sliced and served over a roasted red pepper sauce flavored with oregano, garlic, and finished with a touch of cream. Served with sautéed vegetables and oven roasted potatoes.
Prosciutto Wrapped Stuffed Chicken Breast In A White Wine Sauce $11.95
This chicken breast is stuffed with ciabatta breadcrumbs and cheddar cheese, and then wrapped in Prosciutto. It is roasted, sliced into rounds, and sauced with a sparkling fresh demi glace of white wine, chicken stock, and lemon juice with a little touch of butter and a hint of fresh sage. This dish is served with a side of our seasoned rice blend and a mix of fresh steamed vegetables, which are tossed in extra virgin olive oil.
  
Chicken Florentine $9.95
Tender breasts of chicken are smothered in a creamy spinach and parmesan sauce and wrapped in a golden brown puff pastry shell. Served with a side of our mixed veggies.
   
Chicken Pot Pie $9.95
Tender chicken breasts smothered in a volute sauce with peas, carrots, and red potatoes. Served with a golden brown flaky puffed pastry crust.
Greek Orzo with Lemon Chicken $8.95
Orzo pasta is tossed with lemon, Greek oregano, sun dried tomatoes, asparagus and a sun dried tomato vinaigrette. It is served with grilled chicken that has been marinated in a lemon-garlic marinade or Gremolata.
Lite Grilled Chicken with Barley Risotto $10.95
Fire grilled chicken breast sprinkled with a blend of freshly grated parmesan cheese, chopped Italian parsley, and cracked black pepper. It is served on a bed of pearl barley that is slowly stewed in a fat free chicken stock with carrots, leeks, celery, and fresh thyme.
    
Chicken Enchiladas $5.95
Our fiesta of chilies, tomatillos, cheese, onions, and spices rolled in a fresh corn tortilla. Served with our special red sauce, perfect for dipping.
   
Beef.
Herb Roasted Tenderloin $11.95
Herb roasted tenderloin of beef served with our blue cheese beef demi-glace nestled beside our creamy Yukon Gold mashed potatoes with a hint of garlic and green beans.
Beef Wellington $11.95
Seared Center-Cut Beef Tenderloin with mushroom duxelle wrapped in buttery puffed pastry served with a brandy mushroom demi, creamy mashed potatoes, and green beans.
  
Top Sirloin Meatloaf $10.95
This comforting classic is made with lean ground sirloin, fresh herbs, and of course topped with a ladle full of our rich brown gravy. Served up with sides of bacon and cheddar mashed potatoes, and brown sugar butter oven roasted carrots.
   
Beef Diane $10.95
Tender medallions of beef are served with a classic Diane sauce containing Worcestershire, mushrooms, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and finished with a touch of cream.. It is served with a side of oven roasted potatoes and zucchini that has been sautéed with shallots and garlic.
Joe's Old Fashioned Pot Roast $8.95
Slow cooked Tri-tip with carrots, onions and celery. Served with mashed potatoes.
Cowboy Chili  $6.95
Slow cooked chuck teak and ground chuck are mixed with a special blend of seasonings to give it that spicy chili flavor. Served with a house made green chili corn bread topped with a honey butter. 
Rib Eye Dinner $18.50
A thick Certified Angus Choice one pounder is brushed with a tarragon marinade, grilled rare over an open flame, and topped with herb butter. It is accompanied with a generous helping of oven roasted veggies and baked potato.
NY Strip Steak $9.95
A center cut 8oz NY strip steak is butchered to order and marinated in a garlic soy base marinade and is grilled to rare. It is accompanied with garlic smothered oven roasted red and gold potatoes and grilled asparagus that has been marinated in a balsamic vinaigrette.
Sesame Teriyaki Tri Tip with Asian Blend Rice $8.95
Our tri tip is marinated overnight in our sesame teriyaki sauce, and then it is seared and sliced for your convenience. Served up with a side of our Asian blend rice.
Shepherds Pie $10.95
Lean ground beef is sautéed with onions and garlic in olive oil, then simmered in fat free beef stock, worchester sauce and a touch of tomato puree. Served with fat free mashed potatoes, broccoli florets and baby carrots.
Tangy Beef Stir Fry $9.95
Tender NY strip is thinly sliced and stir fried with red bell pepper, red onion, green beans, broccoli, garlic, and ginger. It is then tossed in a tangy house made sauce with soy, pineapple juice, and seasonings. Served over white rice.
Beef Burgundy Stew $9.95
Slow cooked tender cuts of beef simmered in burgundy wine with green bell peppers, mushrooms, and onions. Served with creamy mashed potatoes.
 
Pasta.
  Spaghetti and Meatballs With Mild Italian Sausage $7.95
Bring out the bib for this one! Ok, they're not exactly spaghetti noodles more like fettuccini noodles smothered in a spirited marinara sauce, topped with lots of juicy golf ball size meatballs and sliced mild Italian sausage. It is all finally dusted with freshly shaved parmesan cheese. Perfect size for one person!
  
  Penne Pasta Alfredo with Chicken Breast $8.95
Penne pasta is tossed into a thick and creamy alfredo sauce, which is made fresh with white cheddar and parmesan cheese, milk, and butter. Then topped with slices of oven roasted chicken breast and finished off with a dusting of grated parmesan cheese and a dash of fresh Italian parsley.
Four Cheese Lasagna  $11.95
A classic lasagna made with a sausage and ground beef meat sauce, and a touch of cream to give it that extra richness. It's layered with four types of cheese: ricotta, cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan.
Also available: turkey, beef, and chicken & spinach lasagna.
Mac'n Cheese $9.95
Elbow noodles are tossed with a creamy white cheddar cheese sauce, sautéed shitake mushrooms and crispy smoked bacon. It is then baked with more white cheddar cheese and bread crumbs until golden brown to give it a crisp crust.
  
Chicken Marsala $9.95
Tender medallions of chicken are pan seared with a Marsala mushroom sauce. Served over Pappardella noodles.
Chicken Pad Thai $11.95
Cubed chicken breast, fresh garlic and lime juice are tossed in a spicy peanut sauce with rice noodles and a whisked egg. Topped off with diced spring onion and chopped unsalted peanuts.
  
Pork.
Pan Roasted Pork Tender Loin with Drunken Cherry Reduction $10.95
Seasoned Pork Tenderloin is pan roasted and served with a cherry reduction with brandy, rich beef stock, and marinated cherries. It is accompanied with oven roasted potatoes and mixed vegetables.
Pork Tenderloin Diane $11.95
Seared pork loin sauced with a Dijon and Worcestershire demi-glaze with a hint of lemon. Served with a side of oven roasted potatoes and mixed veggies.
Stuffed Pork Tenderloin $10.95
Pork loin stuffed with a combination of cornbread, seasoned breadcrumbs, bacon, cranberries and sage. Topped with a rich pork gravy. Served with mixed veggies and rice.
Dijon Crusted Pork Cutlet $10.95
Our pork cutlet is dipped in a creamy Dijon sauce and coated in Panko breadcrumbs that are seasoned with parsley and oregano. It is served with a mild light mustard sauce with freshly chopped chives. It comes
with a side of our veggie medley and oven roasted red skin potatoes.
Grilled Center Cut Pork Chop with Maple Glaze $9.95
The pork chop is marinated in a soy maple glaze and grilled to medium rare. Served over our house made wild rice blend and grilled mixed vegetable blend.
Panko Crusted Pork Cutlet $10.95
Lightly coated in crispy panko bread crumbs, our pork cutlet is roasted until golden brown and served with a Dijon mustard cream sauce. It is accompanied with a pasta primavera tossed with a medley of vegetables and parmesan cheese. 
   
Fish.
Shrimp Scampi $11.95
Shrimp sautéed to perfection with white wine, garlic, and butter. Served over a bed of penne pasta.
Tilapia Almandine $11.95
Pan seared Tilapia smothered in a nutty brown butter, served with saffron rice and roasted potatoes.
Lemon Risotto with Garlic Shrimp $8.95
Risotto made with shallots garlic lemon, and finished with a touch of cream. It is accompanied with garlic marinated shrimp sautéed with white wine and a hint of lemon.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi $11.95
Our 8oz Mahi Mahi fillet is baked to perfection and glazed with a soy ginger reduction. Served over a bed of white sticky rice and an Asian vegetable medley consisting of carrots, broccoli, bell pepper, sesame, green beans, and garlic.
  
Salmon Croquettes $9.95
We have mixed Salmon with fresh parsley, chives, roasted red peppers, garlic, lemon juice, cream, and lemon zest and created  two delicious cakes. Seared to perfection.
  
Salmon with an Orange Butter Sauce
A light and pleasant orange butter sauce that is flavored with Grand Marnier soaked orange rind is poured over a seared filet of fresh Atlantic salmon. It is accompanied with a side of our rice blend and steamed broccoli florets tossed in olive oil. $11.95
Pecan Crusted Tilapia
Filet of Tilapia is dunked in buttermilk and coated in crumbled pecans that are blended with Italian herb seasoned breadcrumbs. It is served in a lemon beurre blanc (a lemon, white wine, and butter sauce). Accompanied with a side of fresh thyme infused orzo and a vegetable blend. $11.95
Shrimp and Scallop Risotto $11.95
Jumbo Shrimp and Scallops are sautéed in extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic, basil, tomatoes, and a healthy splash of white wine. Accompanied on a creamy risotto, which is infused with freshly grated parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
Tilapia Stuffed with Salmon $11.95
A deliciously moist filet is stuffed with fresh Atlantic Salmon and seasoned breadcrumbs, then placed atop a refreshing tomato basil sauce with a touch of cream. We serve with our fresh medley vegetables and rice pilaf.

Layer upon layer of fresh ground turkey breast, cheddar cheese, flour tortillas, and Mexican spices make up this delicious dinner that is topped off with more shredded cheddar cheese, fresh cilantro and a sweet, not hot chili sauce.
Family -  Sesame Teriyaki Tri Tip $12.95
This 1lb tri tip is marinated overnight in our sesame teriyaki sauce, and then it is seared and sliced for your convenience.
Family -  Spaghetti and Meatballs with Mild Italian Sausage $10.95
Spaghetti noodles smothered in a spirited marinara sauce, topped with lots of juicy golf ball size meatballs and sliced mild Italian sausage. It is all finally dusted with freshly shaved parmesan cheese. Easily feeds two adults and a 5 to 8 year old child.

We use toasted walnuts, mandarin orange slices, dried cranberries, and sharp white cheddar cheese. These delicious toppings lie on a bed of romaine, radicchio, and baby spinach. Served with a house made  Dijon honey mustard dressing on the side.
  
Caesar Salad $6.95
Chopped romaine with home made croutons, sun dried tomatoes, grated parmesan cheese, and fresh cracked pepper. Served with our famous house made Caesar dressing on the side.
  
Chicken Caesar Salad $8.95
Our Famous Ice Box Caesar salad: Chopped romaine with house made croutons, sun dried tomatoes, grated parmesan cheese, and fresh cracked pepper. Topped with a fire grilled chicken breast. Served with our famous house made Caesar dressing on the side.
House Salad $6.75
We use tender baby mixed greens we then top it off with blue cheese crumbles and candied pecans. Served with a house made balsamic vinaigrette on the side.
Mandarin Chicken Salad   $8.95
Baby greens and chopped romaine hearts are tossed with sliced toasted almonds, red and green onion, red bell pepper, and diced chicken. It is served with mandarin oranges and a house made sesame orange vinaigrette with a hint of ginger and honey on the side.

Fresh Garlic Bread $2.45
This is not your normal garlic bread that you can purchase at the local supermarket. We use freshly baked sourdough French bread topped with a scrumptious Italian garlic and almond mélange that you toast to your own personal perfection. This is a wonderful compliment to our penne pasta alfredo with chicken!
   
Ciabatta Cheese Bread $5.95
This bread is perfect for kids and adults! We use ciabatta bread, which is a wonderful rustic Italian bread, topped with a delectable cheddar cheese blend. It is baked and you finish it off in your oven for 10 minutes. We top with fresh chopped scallions and shredded white cheddar cheese. Super cheesy and delicious!
