  Thanksgiving Menu
 

Oven Roast Turkey:
Whole roasted turkey, basted with a sage infused butter until the skin is golden brown and crispy.

Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and turkey giblet gravy:
Creamy mashed potatoes blended with a hit of garlic and butter. Served with a slow-cooked turkey giblet gravy.

Sautéed Green Beans:
French green beans sautéed with garlic and toasted almonds.

Salad:
Mixed greens tossed with dried cranberries, candied walnuts, with a lemon vinaigrette.

Sausage and Sage Stuffing:
A mixture of cornbread and seasoned bread crumbs, with apple sausage, sage, celery, and onion.

Cranberry sauce:
Classic cranberry sauce slow cooked in orange juice and sugar to give you that sweet but tart taste.

Hericots Vert
 

Tender french green beans tossed in extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon zest, and toasted almonds.

   
 

Salad
 

Mixed baby greens tossed with cherry tomatoes, shaved dry asiago cheese, and toasted pine nuts.
